Cable harness engineering
and manufacture
has been developed since foundation of the company. The stabilized
team of qualified engineers was set up who have an experience
in completing cable harnesses designed for industrial equipment
applications and also for the most challenging military and aircraft
applications.
Raytech is equipped with technological equipment
for single-part and serial production of cable harnesses: cutting
and stripping machines, equipment for printing and marking wires
and cables, manual and machine crimping equipment, tooling for
processing the wide range of connectors, equipment for heat treatment
of shrinkable materials, cabling tester with testing voltage up
to 1500 Vdc, tester of crimped connections and some others.
